The apartment is the upper floor of a 2 storey development. It is furnished to a high standard with air conditioning  and heating in the living area and the master bedroom. The living room has comfortable seating for 4 with 32” lcd tv,, dvd/video player, mini hi-fi and original art work. The dining area has an extending dining table with dining space for 6. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher , extensive  glass and crockery, all stainless steel pans that are dishwasher proof, pantry with many herbs, spices and ingredients. The utility room has a washer/dryer, ,iron , etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed with high quality bedding. There is a full wall of wardrobes and tall boy. Sitting up in bed gives views to the mountains. The bathroom is spacious with large power shower, separate bath, wc and wash basin. The second bedroom is large with 2 large single beds, a wall of wardrobes  and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have 5 blade ceiling fans with aircon* in the master. There are ample towels  for both bathroom and beach.

The outdoor areas are well set up. The terrace off the living room has a natural teak table with matching chairs and large canvas umbrella. There is also ample space for additional items.  The huge roof terrace has 4 adjustable sun loungers with cushions as well as hardwood low table and seating with deep cushions with large cantilevered sun umbrella. The roof terrace is very private and quiet.

          We have equipped the apartment  as our second home and not just as a rental property . It is very comprehensively equipped. and is very dear to our hearts.
