Calle Castilla y Leon 1A is a 2 bedroomed penthouse apartment on the edge of the small village of Formentera del Segura. It is a peaceful and relaxing environment but with the option to fill each day ( and night ) if you so wish. With all the conveniences for modern living  at your fingertips you can laze the days away, pop to the beach at Guardamar, play golf at any of a dozen golf courses or take off into the hills to explore the wonderful towns and villages with their castles and cobbled streets.

Excellent restaurants are to be found within walking distance, as well as shops and supermarket. This is our home in Spain and it is equipped to the level you would expect for a home from home.

You won’t even need your beach towel. Just bring your sun tan cream !!
